Food and Beverage Service

The SFIAC is pleased to offer you completely inclusive food and beverage packages as well as a la Carte choices. We have customized event packages available.
Our staff specializes in preparing your favorite Italian specialties such as:

Fresh salads like Caesar salad or Endive with Watercress mixed with an Italian dressing.

A variety of Pasta such as Ravioli, Tortellini, Penne and Rigatoni in sauces like Marinara, Pesto, and Bolognese (meat sauce).

Fresh vegetables such as Sautéed Spinach, Swiss Chard, Carrots and Zucchini.

Entrees include a sumptuous Chicken breast stuffed with prociutto, cheese and spinach in a porcini mushroom sauce, a juicy New York strip marinated in rosemary, garlic and virgin olive oil as well as many other excellent choices.

Homemade deserts include such Italian favorites such as Tiramisu and Cannolis.

Our staff is more than capable of preparing any of your favorite dishes. Simply ask our most creative General Manager for details.

Located in the heart of North Beach on Washington Square, the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club (SFIAC) has played host to generations of weddings, movie shoots, dinners, luncheons and just about every type of party. Our rooms have just the right ambiance and setting for your important events. Our very professional staff has a long history of high quality service at events held here at our facility.
Our facility features 2 unique rooms to serve your needs.
The Main Banquet Hall seats up to 250 or 350 standing.
Our brand new Presidents Room seats up to 40 or 75 standing.

Main Banquet Hall
This grand room has played host to many dinners, luncheons, weddings and movie shoots for many years. It features a full length carpeted bar area in the rear of the room, a large hardwood floor area for dining and dancing, an area for a stage, men's restroom and women's lounge, and coat check area in the entry lobby.

Presidents Room
This brand new addition to our facility is a more intimate room on the second floor with a private outdoor balcony overlooking Washington Square and Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral. The room features an elegant sitting area with comfortable couches surrounding a graceful fireplace and a dining/meeting area adjacent that is equipped with the latest audio visual technology for computerized presentations.
